I fear something is chasing me and I daren't look back

Yet I have a distinct feeling it's my shadows from my past

I hate you I scream for I have tried to forget, ignored you for so long why have you come back

It's time I hear it yelling at me, you have to face facts. I wont go away you see I'm here everyday

I don't want you to be I scream now leave me alone, the next moment I realise it has really gone

For how long I am unsure, but can guarantee it will be back...

chasing me again until I face true facts;

The demons you run from will always be there waiting in hiding this is so unfair

The first two lines are great but all is good. Very nice...:)............
