For now, it's practice, prepare, outline, define, practice, practice, practice for another day... Ha! I knew I should have listened to my English teacher in high school and gone into writing, rather than biology!
Procrastination is always some activity preferred over responsibility. That’s why we procrastinate. It’s just more fun and your poem shows us that.

Some of the most productive people are procrastinators :)
I like to fool myself into thinking that I'm procrastinating for a reason.
Don't know the reason. You however are romancing procrastination. Dancing with it.
Drinking inspiration from it.

I just told myself, "One more little poem. Just one, and I would go to work." Ha-ha! It got me picking up the work that I'd been putting off for other things to do. :)

It is always more fun to write on this site than do my other homework. Oh, would that I could ever be paid to write full time. I would have no further excuse to procrastinate! :)
I knew I was going to love this as soon as I saw the title, haha.
I'm very bad for procrastinating, so I know how it feels.
I enjoyed how amusing this was. I needed it.

I'm happy you enjoyed this one. Sometimes, it seems the more work that piles up, the more I get pulled into my computer to conjure metaphors. Ha! I blame Jacob. He encourages this pastime with his mastery of metaphorical menagerie. :)
Oh I know this one all too well. This year, however, I am proud to say, for the first time in 11 years, I filed my taxes 5 days ahead of the deadline.:)

I'm terribly sorry. I don't accept new friend requests, unless I've known of you for this past year. I'll only accept a friend request if you are a friend of a friend that I've seen on my friends' re.. more..
