Mistakes Have Been Made

I walk around holding this empty shell

Only to feel like my life is hell

But even though your by my side

I still manage to do things that make you run and hide

So please don’t let my feeling hurt

Cause on the inside I feel like nothing but dirt

Even though we met through a ghost

You’re still one that I care about the most

So please forgive me of my unforgivable

Because then life will be much more livable

We sing we dance all through the night

And it usually ends with hugging really tight

When I get to talk with you

I will always remember one thing that’s true

I don’t have an empty shell

And with you by my side life isn’t hell
