These Bad, Disappointing, Little, Nobodies

be a good student

follow the norms

read the guidelines

question no one

walk in line

and terrorize your crimes

located in your bones

terrorize your desires

let go of the fire

be like water

but with no current

no waves

only meant to put out the fire like the rain

then there are those who disappoint their parents

never open their wallet 

unless it's to invest in their own challenges

they disappoint the game

the laws, lonesome distraction for their arrows

But they never miss their aim

they own the bars

they own the language of stars

they own the employees

they own corporations

they invent their advertisements

they don't go by the current

they live by a fireplace in a big spacious state of mind and soul

they torment the goals

the successes and failures are jokes

they invite experiments

they try and try and never take it seriously

they disappoint everybody

they're awful little nobodies

and yet they influence the influencers

craft stories for the writers

some even take action with a ghost gun

and shoot a CEO in cold blood

and disappoint their parents

these bad disappointing little nobodies 

so free
