Do you think we're real?

Do you think we're real?

A Poem by Lana

Sometimes I feel we are not real.
We are made of stardust, after all
Lost in the space of the past
Levitating between time
And dying in the future, at last.

As we talk to each other,
We rehearse a chorus,
Body of meat balls
Hitting each other as we float in
-the darkest place ever known

But do you think we are real?
Sometimes I feel  when we talk to each other,
We echo our chorus
In the Grand Canyon of Earth.
Our brains, never multiplied
Only divided into a billion stars
Some vomiting its life
To become brighter than the moonshine
Some waiting for the dark
To even out the warmth in the sun
And in the end
We are all of us
At once
