Sometimes when I live inside my brain

I don't feel so alone

I feel like my pain

Has been dragged along

The screeching sound

On the floor leaving bloody markings 

As it to shout

"Look at my art!"

This is our art

We leave footprints in this world

Not always from dirt

Not always from melted gold

Sometimes it hurts

But we're all in this together

Not one of us

Has ever walked in cotton candy clouds

No sometimes I realize

My brain is a part of us

And you all take a place
