Free

A Poem by Lana

When I die
I want people to think
Oh she lived her life like a star
Glowing in the dark
Free at last
Riding a beat up motorcycle
Alone in the highway
Of life
She rode with no state of mind
Only freedom was intact
Always intact like a sea rock
As waves break in half hitting
Her back
But never eroding her stride
She was free
Oh she was free
No real identity
Just living life like a movie
Letting destiny develop her being
Transforming into a creature of the sea
Meant to be swimming
And swimming away from the chains
Of identities
Oh she was nothing
She was just free
