AvenueA Poem by LanaThe sky is clear I'm a cloud who disappears Floating in the streets of déja vu I'm like a magnet My loneliness is glued to my feet I'd swear I've seen this before in Self-loathing Avenue My head is concrete I live for nothing The air has no pity And I keep wishing I had no more oxygen to breathe I'd swear I've heard this before in Blood Avenue The cars are coming The earth is frowning But all I think about is me My own self-analysis It's all very frightening Cause I swear I've learned this before in Wisdom Avenue I had this idea That the universe will be calling So that I'll know where I'm walking But it's still a theory in crisis So I'm looking for a thrill To forget about the hill I've been taught it is ahead of me I'd swear I've said this before in Art Avenue
