Words from off the top of my head while drinking a beer on a park bench on a warm breezy day. Freestyle Poetry.

Your whisper soft touch

is akin

to velcro laces

My gaze is fake games

aiming at

these chained faces

Watered down beer

quenched throats

Erases

absurd heard words

deaf ears

mind statis

Thank you. I posted that as I wrote it. I was sitting outside on a bench my mom has at her house while sipping a beer and the rest of my family(extended too) were all inside playing poker. I would've played but i was the cook today so they already started. I figured a good time to write. The weather is absolutely beautiful out right now

As do I. I'm at a very beautiful place right now that makes it easy to write. I was actually in between serving plates to my family and playing with my daughter when I wrote that lil piece. It also helps when there is plenty of fresh beer lol
