FAKE

FAKE

A Poem by ink

Once I was struck by Cupid's stupid arrow
And felt love that took all my loneliness and sorrow
I have loved and felt how is it to be loved
It's like lying on a heart-shaped clouds with a smile in your heart

You've shown the love I long to feel
And made me feel that I am your special dear
To be with you was my everyday wish
To be loved by you was an honor indeed

But the smile in my heart was gone in a blink
It was blown by the wind and flew with it
Intense pain replaced the happiness I felt
'Cause the loved you've shown was FAKE, oh dear

I found out that it was just a good little play
A play that made my heart be in misery
Showing a fake love in a very tricky way
Was like stabbing my heart and threw it away

I think all of us have felt this way at one time or another. It sucks to be in that place which you convey very well. I would take out a before heart-shaped clouds and loved further down should be love; otherwise, great ink! :)

This was really good. The first two verses give you a sense that the person is happy their in love (which it's meant to, I assume), then inn the last two it you realize that the person is more angry than happy.

On a side not; for some reason I found the picture very humorus. :P
