Something Comes From Nothing?

Good comes from something,
But something comes from nothing?
Nothing must come from something,
But something comes from…
Nothing? 

 

Oh, the thoughts of our minds
The answers we try to question
Humorous and silly…
Who are we to question?
And most importantly
Who are we to answer? 

 

God Himself looks down from Heaven,
Turning an ear to our side of the park.
Chuckles arise as our minds swirl
With answers we believe true,
With answers only He Himself
Could answer. 

 

Oh, the stubbornness of our souls.
The answers we try to question
Ignorant and wrong…
Who are we to question?
Who are we to answer? 

 

Give me a reason
And I’ll believe
But all I know is that
The deaf can hear
And the blind can see 

 

Explain that with your science 

 

So, if something comes from nothing,
Did nothing come from something?
Oh, you humans with your stubborn minds…
Open your deaf ears
God is laughing
At your ignorance 

 

Oh, how we think of ourselves…
Who are we to question?
And… Who are we to answer?
