A walk in the Dark

A walk in the Dark

A Poem by Lanke Doll

I hear her screaming,

I hear her sobing.

Sitting here, wishing I was dreaming,

All I can feel is my heart throbing.

It's all coverd with violence,

She paints over her pain.

For ahile there is silence,

Her loss is his gain.

She grabs her guitar,

Trying to ger away.

She trys to leave, but doesn't ger far,

There's no strangth to pray.

Laying on the ground,

He takes his hand at her throat.

She lays now in a mound,

Silence, shes gone, not even a croak.

Thanks Andy. :)

This is quite haunting and made me shudder :/ Just be careful of typos like "It's all coverd with violence" and "For ahile there is silence" Would hate a good piece to be discredited due to misspellings. Good job!
