Honetsly

Honetsly

A Poem by Lanke Doll

You've lost me out in the open.
You could've prevented it, and never tried.
You call that love?
All I see is a dim light that's not lit to shine for you and I
Our eyes are blind. What blocks the vision?
Fear? Hate? Constant doubt?
My heart's not empty, but full of lies.
Struggle hovers ahead for the distance
called a future, the signs I've given aren't enough?
Do something about it, i can't anymore.
Life is a battle, love is a war?
The differences? Life can be over wiht by the cut of a blade.
Love remains in your heart...
beating or not.
I'm not sure about you but I did sya my heart's full of lies.
Didn't say anything about love,
So I guess it's not easier to die...
