The Lovely Dream

I hear you in my thoughts,

I see you in my drams,

 I feel you around me.

Though you are  nowhere near.

The breaths I breathe 

the steps I take

Am I running in the wring direction?

I feel my heart pounding 

My blood running through my veins 

the feel of your touch sets my skin a flame.

I see the fire in your eyes

soften into love.

you are the first to say it,

saying I love you

I want you, I need you , I love you

You get on one knee and you propose, I say yes.

We start a family,

Then I awake and you take one look at me and walk the opposite way.

It was all a dream.
