Him

Him

A Poem by Another brick in the wall

There was something about his voice

So soft and gentle

He left me with no choice

I felt so experimental

His eyes were so sweet

I fell deeper and deeper

Hoping he couldn't her the beat

From the heart of a keeper

I was deeply in love with his smile

So white and precious

Something I had not seen in a while

I suddenly found myself breathless

I was longing for his touch

So i searched for his eyes

This was way too much

I wish I had a disguise

My heart started to beat faster

I looked at the clock

He was like a master

When it came to rock

So I sat there in silence

To afraid to say a word

This was like science

Except… I was not the nerd

Sad, sad sadness. Tis awful when situations, fact or fiction crop up in life or imagination.. pain is pain however it strikes us. You write with a very gentle hand.. words seem to just flow instinctively with almost regular metre.

Thank you for sharing, maybe sharing has helped, if only for you to see your own thoughts.

Wow! I love the emotion in this! Lovely how you worded this poem and created both personalities. I feel you perfectly described what its like to look at someone and feel longing.
Great job!
I can't wait to read more of your work!
