The Sociopathic ExpositionA Poem by Tai RyensClustered graves infatuate the apathetic me, prettied by rhapsodies of blushing daffodils.~Clustered graves infatuate the apathetic me, prettied by rhapsodies of blushing daffodils intended to replace the gravestones bearing names of murdered children.
I tended to carefully each one, adopted from various courtships assuming love, but having none of, while I sighed over yet another wilting possibility.
Malice flares in jealous eyes while I make love to a mistress bearing children from the cerebellum; they declare I shall feel remorse as I stand over cemeteries of victims I murdered myself, but, they were not mine.
For I spoke of the apathy to the mistress, (might I say stars twinkled in her sunlit irises) to which she halved her breasts, shattered the ribcage, and revealed silenced voices as well. © 2013 Tai RyensAuthor's Note
