One Grows Two

One Grows Two

A Poem by Tai Ryens
"

When one grows two, does two ever revert to one?

"

Blind attempts to sever

the artificial heads of a demon

spawned from the very depths of

hell; lurking creatures never to be

left for dead but rather crafted

to be dread: only to replace

a beheaded, twitching face with

yet another falsifying tongue.

How many grown heads would

it take to have truth wrung

out my brain with coiling throats;

replacing the one voice of truth

with two plagiarized melodies to

be sung?

The ending sentence was a little bit rough. I think you could've found phrased it a little bit better.

As for your question...
Unlikely.

Great write!
Politics. Ha.
