THE POOL OF LIFE...

Something else I wrote a while back that I found to be inspirational...

 

Life has a way of winding you around like a rope. You never
know which way the next turn will take you. You are up one day
and down the next. Scared as hell and running fast or stopping
to see what is around you and content to just be for the moment.
I think of life like the pool of life. There is the shallow safe
end and then there is the deep end that can be down right scarey.
It is your choice to sink or swim. If you chose the deep end of the
pool you better be ready to be a strong swimmer. I like the deep end,
I like to be challenged and I have found throughout the years that taking
the easy road just doesnt keep my attention. The shallow end is boring.
Where is the entertainment of diving down to the bottom and find something
no one else knew was there? You have days when you self-evaluate what your
life is and what you have become. Are you happy with who you are and where
you are going? I say yes to these questions  Though the paths I have chosen
in the last few years have not been easy and not at the shallow end of the pool,
I am so much stronger for chosing the deep end.
