Vampire LoveA Poem by PointblankWritten for the Vampiric Love Contest but didnt comply with the rules. So be it.
Vampire Love He would appear in the night when his day was all done. Swearing I was the only one that satisfied his need. His hair was slicked back the color of black and his coat tail flew up with the wind. He was in and out and to me was no doubt his greed would be freed in the end Just because I was his friend. I gave him all my body could stand and still he came back for more. Night after night with a strong appetite I’d want him to stay until dawn. Pale skin and red eyes he seemed hollow inside. I thought he’d been working to hard and to long. He never would stay. Soon I could see there were others like me that craved his strong smile and dark style. After all that I braved I still was betrayed and had been for quite a long while. It was sickening to see that I gave and I gave and he was just sucking the life out of me. PB 9-10-08
