Ice Queen

Ice Queen

A Poem by Pointblank

Ice Queen

Her frozen heart began to thaw

Water seeped from grey eyes

Warm blood flowed freely through vessels and veins

Color filled the pale

Each minute an emotion

Thunder, lightening and rain

Overloaded her senses in the storm

She longed for indifference

To simply see and comprehend

Frozen tundra flat and free

for as far as she could see

She sought sleep and isolation

with the return to medication

Soon winter set in

Liquids were solids again

Her eyes turned to glass

Stillness came to pass

It was just to real for her to feel

She's not reaaly mean

Just forever the Ice Queen

WOW! I'm at a loss for words...
