If I could Play The Piano

If I could Play The Piano

A Chapter by LadyNaida
"

I absolutely love music and I always wanted to learn how to play the piano, but I never got the opportunity to. If I could play the piano, I would play it with this kind of passion.

"

As I walked into the room and saw the piano, my heart raced in my chest like a wild horse who'd just been freed from captivity. My hands began to shake uncontrollably. My heart began to compose the sound and the notes. My brain set off like a whirlwind. As I got closer I could not contain the excitement.

"How can I sit before it?" I thought!

"Will they let me even touch it?" I sighed!

The crowd in the room looked on as in disbelief. As I got closer someone in the room said,

"Isn't anyone going to stop her?”. But just than I heard a man's voice say,

"Let her be", "I want to see what happens".

It did not even dawn on me that it was Sir William Carrington. I had watched him play the piano over and over again. Because of the passionate way he played the piano. I fell deeply and madly in love with him, silently. I never even told my own mother the way I felt about him. For I was sure she would of objected to my feels towards William. I can hear her now, saying,

You will forget this instance those forbidden feelings, Sir William and you are not from the same class of people.”

So, I watched quietly, he never knew I was there. I was always out of eye's view. So, I though!

I think we all know what it's like to wish we had learned something; I hope you look into it and consider lessons, it sounds like the passion is there already. Nice write.
