My heart is still sore, always wary

How can I forget or forgive?

I know it's past, the present seems to be

Better

But the rage still stays.

I can not help but be suspicious

Of the things you say,

And the things you don't.

I still catch you in your lies

Tho they may not be

NEARLY

As terrible as before,

They help the mistrust grow

Back.

If only you could learn

To be truthful

Instead of hiding the things

You know I don't approve of

Just

Trust

That showing me the truth

(EVEN if it hurts me)

Will always be better.

Because you could never lie to me.

Oh, you did lie.

But I was never as naive as you thought;

I always found the truth because

The deciet always shone brightest in your eyes.

Something?

Stop hiding.

Stop lying.

Trust in my love.

Trust that I can understand.
