fear...eyes shut mind closed off heavy breathing palms sweatingblood rushing like the river that runs deep body shaking like an earth quake on the coast wait..........wait.... icant see the world around me its a blurr is this real fear has really taken me over mind and body wait...... wait ......wake me up hope i will be fine waiting f**k no i cant wait  fear has won this battle
