Blue ShoesA Poem by lindsay
A little boy,Johnny, plays amongst the grass of dew
as he runs towards his old man. The innocent little boy can barely stand as he wears his blue shoes. His papa opens his arms to his small blessed child. He picks him up and spins him wild and Johnny laughs with his boyish charms. His father remembers the joy and running with the crew all when he was just a boy. Memories of the freshly new, cut grass-as his sat with his toy. All awhile in his blue shoes.
