Through All Those Tears You Cry.

I wrote this song for my best friend when she was going through some hard times, I could not be there physically to comfort her because i moved 6 states away, but i wanted to let her know i would still be there when she needed me.

I know it really hasn't been your night.

I know your lost and looking for the light,

and I know you feel like your all alone.

I know, I can hear you crying on the phone.

 

Through all those tears you cry,

I'll be trhe one standing by your side.

I'll pick you up when your feeling low,

and when you feel like there's no where to go

 

I maybe miles and miles away,

but I'll be there for you everyday.

 

I know your missing me more each day.

I know you've got tears to wipe away,

and I know you miss the things we used to do.

I know, I feel the same way too.

 

Through all those tears you cry,

Great poem with a built in song-like quality. Great friendship and emotional ties throughout.

I really liked this. My best friend moved to a town about an hour away, but with our busy schedules and me carless, it's very hard to see each other. High school is rough, and we have a hard time fitting in with others that have known their friends for years. So we just try to hang in there and have our heart to hearts on the phone while we cry because we miss all the things we used to do. Great job at expressing something that I also feel. =) I can guarantee with technology these days, distance doesn't always matter as much and you'll still be friends for life. =)

hah. ignoring the grammar means l lhave nothing to pick at :(
there were a few small things along those lines, but... the heart of the poem itself was quite loving, very gentle feeling. don't kno anything about songs, so l can't really comment on that, but... l love the song/pome (to me it read as a poem, but l think that's cus l didn't know how to put the rhythm & such to it..)
