Pity Me

Pity Me

A Poem by laRagazza

Springtime, please, just go away
and let me live in yesterday.
Things that shine in frozen fields
are duller next to nature's yields.
So let me revel, let me weep,
in Winter's icy arms, so sweet
Don't blind me with the sun's bright rays,
my solace comes on cloudy days.
