Hallows Eve NightA Poem by SimplicityJust my own little Halloween Tribute. Too bad I can't enter it in my contest, haha.
The day fades, I sigh with content. Night has fallen, On this Hallows Eve Night. Children wander lit streets, Marred masks and princess dresses. But I lurk in the shadows, Where the true fun begins.
Fangs grow at the sight of my prey,
My claws grow to unruly lengths. This bloodlust is too hard to ignore. Hallows Eve makes everything sweeter… I lose all self control tonight, Stay away from shadows…
I have merely hours to
“Trick or Treat”. My trick is your death, My treat is your blood. Hallows Eve is truly a holiday to celebrate. Halloween is sweet indeed… © 2008 SimplicityAuthor's Note
