" Father "

well my dad has struggled with gambling and alcholism his whole life, this was a few months back that i wrote this. I showed him this and hes making such a great effort, im so happy with how things are going right now. So let me know what you people think

Dad Alcohol and gambling is the wrong road to choose.
Your family, possessions, and friends that you might lose.
You might do wrong things but i love you with all my heart.
All this gambling and drinking is starting to tear us apart.
Your going through some stressful times and i see that.
But gambling and drinking it all away doesnt help and thats a fact.
Dad me and mom really want you home.
When your not we feel abandoned and alone.
Change is a responsibility, and i learned that the hard way.
You have to be determined and committed and take each step day by day.
We will assist you and help you in any way we can.
But you have to meet us half way and act like a changed man.
I'm worried about your choices dad and its scaring me alot.
You have me and mom i know you dont think its much,but its all that youve got.
I'm not writing this to make you feel bad.
I just want back my cool awesome lovable dad.
