My Army and MeA Poem by kyamDID
It's so noisy in my mind
I wouldn't want to be unkind Who are you that has the floor I opened up and shut the door It's so noisy you see Is this really me? I'm a little girl I'm Marilyn without a world Here comes Gretchen to take the stand Here comes Sylvia with her man I can't stop switching you see Which one is really me? There are so many and a crowd How can I ever be proud Protectors, cryers, everything you see But blended they are all apart of me Put me together as one I plead Do this and set me free Too many facets to know How to make me whole
