Death at Christimas

Death at Christimas

A Poem by kyam
"

Why?

"
Why did you kill my heart?
What gave you that right?
Do you think you're a tough man?
Not even a fair fight

Just pick on the weak
Shut her up and don't let her speak
Squeeze your hands and take her away
Think about what you've done another day

Her baby lay wait in another room
Did you think you could have the answers for her?
Run away hide and look at yourself in the mirror
Do you see all the terror?

Take both their Christmas' straight away
Pounce on them all day long that day
Ruler and maker are you
Who made you? Who do you answer to?

Rob a baby of her Mom
Just set off that bomb
Celebrate the holiday
Rob the family of their days

No more Christmas little kid
Look at what the murderer did
Ripped your heart right out of you
Left your Mommy dead Christmas too
