Reviewers

I give my thanks to them

     I tried to write a poem about this, but it was really lacking, I thought.  So here goes on a story. Maybe I'm trying too hard.  So I tell myself to calm down and count to 10 and now....

     I am a humble person and this is my perspective.  The reviewer means a lot to me because it's praise and it makes my writing worthy and it helps me to continue.

    Reviewers also take their precious time out of the day or night to read what is written and write their opinion about it.  It is very gracious and kind for them to do this.  Sure they want you to do the same for them, but that also makes since.  They did it first so they are taking a risk.  I find reviewers to be our cheerleaders in the writing game.  Some of them are kind enough to even say they would continue to write to me over my grief, now how above and beyond is that? 

     I am so grateful to have such terribly nice people to give reviews whether it is outstanding or not so kind, either way they are trying to get a point across to help us.  Bravo to the brave reviewers and may you continue.
