Always

Always

A poem about devotion

"
My Darling Daughter my love continues with you everyday
never to be less or doubtfull of the longing for you to be near
I know my heart will always hold you and love you forever
my mind will always remember the time I spent with you so dear
my body will always feel the birth and the hugs and kisses
you will always be an Angel watching over us, your mother,
your baby, everyone you love in this life that goes on
you left so suddenly when Josh decided to strangle you another
way to show his anger of not having you completely and you chose
someone you loved instead, which was a choice from your heart
now a motherless baby is left to suffer the rest of her life
then you gave her the syringe of drugs to play a part
of the cover-up which you created to make you look innocent
but I forgave you anyway, by the way
but My Baby Girl you I will always miss forever
with my broken heart I will greive
my love is here for you to stay
until I see you someday
to give you my love
Always, Mama

This is heart-wrenching. They say the loss of a son or daughter is the worst, and I believe it because I witnessed first hand how my step-dad, this strong masculine figure, simply broke down in front of everyone crying under the crushing weight of his son dying, and we all just stood there, silently, helplessly.

I've also been around ppl who use the "syringe" , and if it's in reference to drugs, that makes a person feel even more utterly hopeless. It's like watching a car crash in slow-motion and not being able to do anything about it.

Anyhow, I won't babble on, but I respect how raw and honest you are with the subject. It takes some guts to spill it, esp on paper. Hopefully it can be somewhat therapeutic too.

Please keep your mind and your soul well, my dear Kyam.
Beautifully done.
I know your pain; I'm still navigating through the loss of my beloved wife Karin to pancreatic cancer, and I lost a dear sister to suicide some years back.
Life is unfortunately full of loss...
..but you are still with us, and your time is not done here yet.
Write on, my dear. Let the current of healing flow on your words.

Heartbroken! Made my eyes water and I don't normally get very emotional! Great work!
Thank you
