God is my strength daily

God is in control of my life always and he spoils me

I turned my life over to God

some may find this rather odd

He let's me drink everyday

because we're cool that way

He forgives me and it's unspoken

He has unconditional love when mine is broken

He loves me no matter what

When I'm lazy on my butt

I tell him I'm so sorry too

He says will you try better soon?

I laugh and say of course I will

then I pray and be real still

then I do try harder

sometimes I barter

for my God is the best

I know hearing about the rest

we have fun all day long

we even sing some songs

He helped me write this I know

because he knows I go slow

He's in the driver's seat

and never skips a beat
