Saved

"

Just a bunch of thoughts that I have through out the day, or night.

"
9:57am
My Mother sat on the side of my bed and talked about nothing that really mattered as silent tears crawled down the side of my face and soaked my hair. She didn't mention them, or ask what was wrong. She sat there and just talked, until I could focus on just her voice, even though I don't remember what she said, and let go of the crippling pain that tried to consume me. Her voice beat back the compulsive need to hurt myself. And though I didn't tell her that I wanted to die, she knew. And she sat there with her lips flushed red from the words she said while the day passed us by, and saved my life.
