mystify

what's really missing?
it's more than just a thing,
does it involve hoping?
or is it longing?

sometimes, it feels like smiling,
yet it feels like crying;
emotions still swaying,
can't help but breaking.

always damn paving,
it keeps on lingering;
tears start falling,
breeze smoothly caressing...

pain slowly killing,
feels like dying;
what's wrong with loving?
it taught me on believing.

Now, Faith is the belief in the substance in things hoped for but not yet seen... I think that's how the 1st century mystic put that but don't quote me, i didn't exactly quote him either.

Funny how things like love are filled with a dualistic nature when... Odd concept, love. Many meanings. Anyway, this is a bittersweet piece of writing and well done, I say.
