The Savvy!

I never knew life will take such a turn,
that I will seek something in return.
I feel destroyed, I feel disappointed,
I don’t know what, but something is disturbing me.
Nowadays, I don’t feel that great,
The way I used to do before.
It’s nipping me hard in the heart’s core.
I promise every time
to myself to make a move towards success,
but at the end, all I do is regret!
Regret for what I didn’t do the whole day,
then start with another call and say, “it’s okay” !
Yesterday something antithetic happened in my life,
I met a person and she was one of a kind.
She made my day as utile as a jigger of red wine,
showered some sweetness in being, which was earlier a bit saline.
Each and every word of hers
Arose avidness in me and the moments after that
Were as aromatic as myrrh.
“Life’s beautiful and amazing”, she said.
“You need to be little more diligent and you will be the winner”, she added.
She actuated me and today I say that,
I will win
Not immediately,
But definitely.
Oh yeah!
