My friend, this bleeds before my eyes. Seduction is an insult to my imagination. well, left out in the cold there is no telling where the imagination is bound go...slip sliding down to that oil based hot tub perhaps.
Now, Le Freak on repeat may be ging just a bit too far I think...oh the thought...I think my mind might explode sending my imagination to an old shut down disco on the east side.
Still I get this and it hits home...on that empty street where doorbells have been outlawed and that's not a knock on anyone.
Very cool my friend.

This came from a part of my psyche that is not easily accessed, which is unfortunate because it appears to be the part that people most like to visit, myself included. Hedonism was safe in the disco era, but must be handled with the utmost care within my imagination. Glad you enjoyed this one my friend.
This is just a really interesting poem. All I could think about while reading it was; wow. I really wish I could write poems like that. This piece was really biting and I quite enjoyed that aspect of it.

The wordplay in this piece is outstanding...I'm completely jealous right now! Such a strong, effective and powerful write that provoked so much thought and emotion. I love the way that you can take a reader on a journey--sometimes into the darkness and sometimes into the light; you are a chameleon, my friend! One of my favorites of yours!

Honestly, I would never have believed that a poem could come from such a novel concept. If I have it by the short hairs then this is surely about an addiction for confliction. I am forced to see these goosebumps marching in parade ground formation, illumined from the sidelight and magnified by a simple glass-loop dropping of heady sarong sweat. The fourth stanza surely supports this thesis: seductive intentions are just place holders for an imagination that is insulting itself because of what it imagines. Wow! That's like turning a stomach inside out to see if it's done digesting. And that last stanza... well, that's just off the wall - and at that point I imagined the tone arm on the platter scratching to center by an unseen force. Keep this up and we're going to need new methods of mental calibration and instrumentation to compare these monopole poeto-magnetic memes, Khan old man.

Keep in mind that I am not talking about an addiction to conflict but rather an addiction to being in a conflicted state; these are two entirely different things.

This sounds too sarcastic to be you, you're confusing me with this new found personality of yours Benji! I love each verse better than the last...skinny dipping in your conspiracy sounds like a plan.
