I keep saying how much I hate my early stuff, yet I keep going back to it...there is no "little place in my heart that has a soft spot for it," I really do loathe this stuff, and here I am posting it, and others will follow...In keeping with personal tradition, there will be no RRs sent for pre-millenium me...if it gets seen, it gets seen...

There is a feeling of deep rejection and pain in this one...even though the lines are short and rhyming. Thanks so much my friend...it's hard to believe that I wrote this so long ago, almost sixteen years...it has a lot to do with bipolar, even though I didn't realize I had it at the time...but writing is the best therapy, not to mention the support I get from everyone here...it means the world :)

Every piece of work piece we write always, always have room in our heart no matter how ancient(lol) the write is.... because our writes is our children, a piece of our selves put into words...

Haha I know what you mean...I've been meaning to go back to some of my earliest posts, which most of my friends would have missed, and feature them, but I keep getting caught up in new stuff...some of them got a lot of views but no reviews :P

we have many curios onlookers here who never post reviews. yet they send out r/r's. it is an issue which i am conflicted with. i often hesitate to send out r/r's because some of us aren't on here daily, so they end up with many r/r's by the time they return and it makes one look "hungry" or greedy for attention. it is a double edged sword.

I have grown rather disenchanted with the RRs among other things...I send out a bunch only to be told that three quarters of my so-called friends don't even accept them, yet I accept all of theirs...there are also many people I've stopped giving comments to cuz they never gave me any in return...I don't know how so many other people get the number of reviews they do with far less views than what I get...it drives me nuts...sorry I had to spring this rant on you my friend haha Frieda would probably thank you though cuz I've been known to rant her ear off from time to time :P

it is reviews which generate interest, and comments on those reviews which perpetuate the whole process. every time you see a comment on a review there is another reader who is thinking "well, this gets a lot of comments, let me check it out" it is a snowball effect. you may rely upon me to always review your r/r's. i rarely ignore them unless it's from someone who never reviews my work.

That's what gets me though...people see when something gets a review but I don't seem to get that outside interest that others do...you are one of a small circle of friends I have here whose support I cherish more than my words can do justice to :) But it's those people I don't know that never seem to give me a chance when they do give that chance to lots of others...I don't know, I'm just in a rough stretch and I usually don't go off like this...but again, I can't stress how much your unwavering support means to me...if I didn't have the support of my friends on here, I'd probably still be keeping everything to myself and leaving it to my mother when I die or something like that...
