Take me or leave me.

This was a joint poem my friend Shelby and I made.

You take me by suprise

then you leave me cold and bruised

"I want you", "now I dont"

You make me so confused

Im sick of all the games

And for once I wont loose

You have me or you don't

You have your chance, now choose

 

So take this as goodbye

You know I'll always love you

Im drowning in your lies

If I hold on any longer

My heart and soul will die

 

The heavy weight now lifted

Happier yet sad

The love that was once gifted

Was driving us both mad

 

And i'd go on for hours

Of things my heart needs to say

But my concience is taking over

Telling me i'm wrong in every way

I fell right back to where I didn't want to be

How can you wait till I am over you

To tell me you want me

 

It took so many nights and so many tears

But the second you said the words

I came back, and so did all my fears

 

Fears of falling harded than the last

Fear of becoming... just another part of your past ..
