About me

A bit about me to start off the book...

 

    The reason I called live a day in my life is because I want people to understand how I live my life. How hard it is to be depressed, paranoid, cutter, and have autism all at the same time. How difficult it is to get out of bed each day. How how hard it is to go outside even for a minute and deal with people. How having autism has completley changed me. How my mind works compared to other people.

     My name is Krista and I battle depression and autism every day of my life. I am 20 years old. I have been hospitilized too many times in my short life to count. I have attempted suicide twice in the past. I am a cutter and have recently relapsed. My life is not easy but neither do I have it bad enough that I want you to sympathize with me. I just want you to understand how I live my life.
