Master of Illusion

Master of Illusion

A Poem by Krista

H unted in the dark of night,

stalk me,

don't act like you arent there,

see you in the shadows,

hear the silent steps.

I quicken my pace,

you do the same.

I stop and turn,

you hide,

waiting for the moment

you can feast upon me.

Or am I mistaken.

I call out

"Master Vampire,

come out into the open.

Seduce me with your voice,

so sweet,

yet so fatal to me.

Fall for your trick,

Master of Illusion,

come if you wish.

Come and get me!!!
