Scared little ChildA Poem by Krista
Such a scared little child,
I am. Running from all my problems and fears, til there's no where else to run. As I run I see things, things that weren't there before. Faces filled with happiness, a happiness that I've never had. Such a scared little child, I am. Running father away, I find myself looking deeply into the eyes of others, and what I find is amazing. The looks of love, instead of fear and hatred. It's almost enough to make me smile, instead I cry. For they have what I do not, I don't have love in my life, instead I have fear. I wish I had what those people had, wish for love instead of fear.
