it's really too hard to restrain

the tears falling along my cheeks 

for you weren't able to speak 

out your true feelings for me

I wish I could've seen 

just opened up my eyes 

what you'd really mean 

with the words "I need time".

Today my heart is beating 

and I can't stop the bleeding.

You've made me so weak

for you weren't able to speak

I was living in a fairytale

Hoping you'd sweep me off my feet

Now your heart's gone stale 

with the words "I did cheat".
