Give Me More

Give Me More

A Poem by Kristina Yoder
"

"
"Step inside",
you beckon.

A shiny floor
and mirror neurons galore

Pacing back and
forth while you implore

You see me,
and it is that
which I adore

Give me more

A bite
A nibble

A memory of you:
in front of me
I can't recall exactly what I see.
But a pull
that demands
my whole mind's eye.
Heart
and soul,
body alive.
Turned on and
In drive.

What is it about you?
Why and how come?
Should I stay
or return to
where I've come from?
