Missing you

I lost one of my best friends a year ago. Today has been a very hard day.

I still can't believe you are gone

my heart is breaking

my eyes are teary

I'm so lost without you

although it's already been a year

it hurts like it was yesterday.

the day we met

you greeted me with a big smile.

I will always remember you

your humor

your lack of music taste

your silliness

your smile, your laugh

every bit of it meant the world to me.

But now you are gone

gone forever

my mind is blank

I'm feeling numb

I miss you more than words can describe.

A tear shed and reminds me of someone I lost 5 years ago, he had the biggest smile, although the day I met him he was screaming and howling.

thank you, appreciate it :) and yes you are very right, some imperfections are what make the people in our lives perfect! we had this inside joke between us about the lack of taste in music hehe it's both difficult and nice to think about
