Love is

Love is what rears its head when infatuation fades away
It isn't blind,
but painstakingly all seeing
It is seeing every flaw,
imperfection,
and dark cavern
Of someone's mind and soul
Accepting and embracing them
And loving them
in spite of their ugliness
