Madhatter

Madhatter

A Poem by kristen0928

I chased a white rabbit
Forgetting all that I know
And stumbled into a world
Full of mad hatters just so

Oh how different the world looks underneath
Dark and tumultuous
And filled with mystique

Oh how puzzling it is
To not feel quite right
Too large, too small
Too short, too tall
Never can I figure it out at all

Who are you
Who am I
A curious question indeed
I don't know who I'm intended to be

My oh my
I must sit down for a while
For everything is not quite what it seems
I tumbled into wonderland only to discover
That the madhatter is me

Well they do say that in a room full of maniacs the sanest is usually the maddest paradoxically.
Splendid rhymes, quite fun and entertaining

About
I love writing and reading. I have trouble sleeping. I think too much and love too deep. I have too many feelings and ponderings about life, and write therapeutically (as I'm sure most people do) more..
