Author's Note
|
This novelette is part of a larger collaborative work-in-progress. Each story is loosely tied together with the passing along of an heirloom box carved by Christ when he was working as a carpenter.
This is a second draft and needs tightening, but I would like some feedback on the story itself--does it interest you? are the characters "real?" does it evoke an emotional response?
