X-MenA Poem by Kristin LeeBad news makes us or breaks us...its all about perspective.The black and white letter Contained big, bold words Written by a foreign tongue Plagued by the absence of emotion. Cellular mutation Discovered under the slides; Scientific facts couldn’t stem the shock Radiating from each callous syllable. Knowing is not always a blessing These mutations incited fear “Pre-cancerous” is not a word that offers hope It only slams the door on a guinea pigs cage.
