My wish never came true

I was left in this world alone,

no mom and no dad, no heart to love this lad

i wish i could find them one day,but

...My wish never came true..

i ran here and there with bursting fury in my head,

no water to drink and no food to eat,

i starved like hell and found no place to dwell

i crossed rivers,followed montains,marched through meadows...

but found no one...

i slowly closed my eyes and fell  asleep

i opened my eyes and found myself in her lap,

a lovely and warming wrap,

a calm in her face and charm in her eyes,

felt blood pounding through my veins,and storm of  lust..

 i could hear my heart beat,dwindling slowly

 i felt "atlast i found the kind heart" ,

a heart that could quench the thirst of my all my distress,

a heart that could take me beyond the bounds of ecstacy,

a heart which could make heaven come down to earth,

 ..but god showed no mercy on me,

i wish i could live for a day more with her ,

but now i am on my death bed to grave and

...My wish never came true

speaking of "wishes never coming true" sometimes the best reality is living in the present and not in the wishes....i'll have to send you my "wishing well" poem so you understand what i mean...
